CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOM BOOKINGS
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. 2 weeks to 2 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total price. 24 h before arrival or in case of non-arrival and late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total price.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
Valid for a minimum of 8 guests. Please refer to your offer or reservation confirmation to see the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OTHER SERVICES (GASTRONOMY, E-BIKE, ….)
Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before arrival or start of the event for the amount of 10% of the booked service. All cancellations later than that will be charged at 100%.

All W and H vouchers issued by our hotel and unpaid vouchers are valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue.
