Not only the view above the vineyards, also the perspective on the Styrian kitchen with its wonderful, new and innovative dishes is breathtaking.
Our hospitality, which we call “Gastfreundschaft” in Styria, is well-known across the country. On our menu you will find regional and seasonal specialties as uncomplicated honest dishes, including our famous “Kernöl” - pumpkin seed oil. Our chefs cook with many products from local farmers, such as the „Complete Styrian Delicacies“, which will be served for 2 or more persons.
When it comes to serving you wine, we work together with one of the best young winemakers of the Styrian region. His name is as tasteful as his Sauvignon Blanc: Hannes Sabathi from the neighboring hill “Kranachberg” and his team are personally taking care of our grapes and vineyards.
Our restaurant opening times vary according to season. On request, we open the restaurant for celebrations outside our opening hours. At our Hotel at Pössnitzberg you have daily a small menu from 12.00 to 18.00 available!
