The Tscheppe Winery has two of the most traditional and best locations in South Styria, the Czamillonberg and Pössnitzberg. On a total of 32 hectares, the classic grape varieties of the region are cultivated on a Terroir with an independent character: Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Gelber Muskateller, Morillon, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris und Sauvignon Blanc. Zweigelt and St. Laurent complete the assortment.
Thanks to a careful vinification by Erich and Walter Polz, the wines of these premium locations have all the virtues that the connoisseur appreciates in Styrian noble wines: Fragrance, fruit and body. The production of the winery is divided into two lines: On the one hand, wines from the "Classic" line use mainly grapes from Pössnitzberger Römerstein. On the other hand, strong and powerful single-site (Grand cru) wines are obtained from the grapes of the legendary vineyards of Count Woracziczki on Czamillonberg.
